Wish me luck. I am meeting with my new trainer. I join a 24hour fitness and I have sign up for 10 weeks of what I am calling "Spring Training". I am hoping for 1% down on the A1c numbers, 10 lbs., lots of inches, more energy and most of all a fresh new outlook. Anybody else coming out of a "winter blue"? Anybody that hates exercise but has found a way to make it a regular part of life want to share hints? Any stories from exercise haters that have turned in to exercise is my friend -- want to share?
