I've been gone for awhile, sorry about that :D I found the habenero cheddar at Wegmans in Allentown PA. My husband has to travel there for work sometimes. I haven't found it anywhere else, yet.

Hi Suzy and all, my weekend was great, other than my husband learned Friday his company is laying off all of their employees due to the economy. I wish my blood sugars were as depressed as our economic forcast. No worries though, we roll with the punches. I saw on your Diabetes Happens blog that you take cinnamon, magnesium and chromium for blood sugar control. Would you be willing to discuss amounts? With the collective understanding of course that you are not a doctor. I am interested in adding supplements to my program. Thanks, and I hope you are feeling better.
