My name is Nikki and I'm a 28 year old mommy and wife. I was dx with Type 2 diabetes in 2005. I didn't have insurance and for 2 years I was pretty much uncontrolled, feeling sick all the time.
I'm now almost 6 months pregnant and gestational diabetic, dependent on shots. It sucks! I still battle daily with my sugars but have been able to bring my A1C down to a 7 YAYYY!
