endo tomorrow

i'm seeing my endo tomorrow afternoon. somehow i'm thinking he will have mixed reviews. some readings are great and some are in definate need of improvement. it's that silly dairy issue. honestly, who wants to cut out ALL cream cheese and sour cream? i loves them muchly, but i have to do what is needed if i want to get into fighting shape, don't i? i'll let you know how things turned out soon. wish me luck and good readings (and back to all of you as well). :)
