Hey all! I hope all of you are great. I wanted to let everyone know that I am now a Beachbody Coach. I'm also in the process of getting my personal trainer certification. I'm very excited about my new business because if there is one thing I've learned over the years being a type 1 diabetics, its that exercise and diet are KEY in staying healthy with this disease. It's a dream of mine to help as many other diabetics as I can get in shape and healthy. I joined Beachbody because I've been using their programs for years to keep myself in shape and I'm blown away with the results. When I learned that they just developed a program for diabetics I was thrilled. They now have a new fitness and diet program that is for Diabetics. Its approved by the ADA! Its one of the FIRST programs out there that the ADA as approved. This is a HUGE DEAL!! It has so much to offer and is very easy for anyone to follow.
