Hi! Thanks for adding me...sounds like you have a lot to handle...hope all is well. I am trying to figure my way around all the info on the site - I am not the most technologically advanced so forgive any blunders! Take it easy. Later!

Thank you for adding me! It is great to have contact with people in other countries. I am working up the nerve to go on a pump...I am old school and don't handle change well!

Other Information
About me: I am a 36 year old mother of two and have been diabetic nearly 30 years. I take 2 shots a day and have had no complications. My husband is military and often out of town, so I work very hard to stay healthy - he doesn't need to worry about me while he's gone. I work with special needs children during the day and am working to get my business, KC Medical Aids, up and running. Right now I have one product: the Glucose Grab, a convenient, attachable carrying case for emergency glucose tablets, gel or liquid. I like to think I am an example of not letting diabetes slow you down.

Hi Kathy - nice to meet you, too! I do have a lot to handle, but don't we all! I am thankful for every moment I have and am truly motivated by your story. Thanks for sharing!

well, I can answer any (almost!) question you might have about diabetes and italy! =) and really, I've been on the pump for 14 years and can't imagine or really remember life without it. all I know is that my current lifestyle would be much more difficult and complicated without the freedom that a pump gives....good luck!
