Hello! I'm Nikki, I am 24 years old, type 1 diabetic. I have a Medtronic Minimed 522 with the CGMS, I use Apidra insulin and I am trying to start symlin, but can't make myself do it!
I am the Special Events Coordinator for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and I love my job! I believe 100% that JDRF will find a cure for t1 diabetes. I am a member of all of the diabetes groups, you can find me anywhere, especially my blog on the diabetes oc, called Diabetes Sucks...Can't wait to meet everyone!
