I have beem to my diabetes class and it seem I been spilling protein in my urine so that not good and I got my a1c back and it was 7.2 so not bad I have to go back to the lab for more test but will see how that goes. I have started college at vancouver community college for a cerical course so there is alot of home work  but it's fun. I have the flu a week ago so that made miss class and I see my endo at the end of october well that all for now hope everyone is well thanks

Hi everyone I back I been to seen the endo and all is well and I am helping out at the jdrf and I still at coast and keeping busy with my diabetes and my myspace page. I am also waiting to get a video camera for my computer as I want to do some videos for youtube on diabetes hope you all are fine thanks shelly

sorry I have not been on in along time but I been busy with work and my diabetes I just found out I have a torn anus and it hurts like mad but I ok after useing some pain killers so I made it to 2 years as a diabetic in feburay  and I just got my a1c back and it was 6.5 so that good I hope everyone had a good start to the new year a bit late from me I've add some new pictures on my myspace page and hope to add more soon well that all for now thanks shelly
